The Energy Smart Community offers independent energy advice and project management for homeowners and communities in the Dublin area that want to organise together into Energy Smart "clusters".
By coming together in local Energy Smart Communities you can maximise your combined buying power through bulk purchasing and competitive tendering.
The Energy Smart Community is a not-for-profit Energy Service Company run by Codema – Dublin's leading sustainable energy agency providing sustainable energy adviceto the four local authorities in Dublin.
The Energy Smart Community is completely independent of all contractors and suppliers so our only interest is in getting the best price for you and your community through a combined community tender process. We work for you to remove the hassle and expense of making your house warmer and cheaper to run.

So far we have helped five communities to become Energy Smart. Check out our clusters in Sutton, Ballinteer, Phibsboro, Drumcondra and Rathfarnham.
On Thursday, 7th October @ 7:30pm in the Little Theatre, Skerries Community Centre, Dublin Road. we will be meeting with the Skerries Community Association to start a cluster there.
