The Energy Smart Community will ensurer quality of workmanship throughout the process as a number one priority. We want to make sure that homeowners get the best workmanship and value for money possible.

All contractors wishing to carry out  work under the Home Energy Saving Scheme must be registered on the official SEI register of qualifying contractors.

Through a further mini tender process, Energy Smart Community will identify only the best of these registered contractors. Any contractors wishing to tender for an Energy Smart Community contract must first join our exclusive framework of contractors.

The Energy Smart Community framework of contractors goes much further than the SEI register.  Through a comprehensive questionnaire and interview process we will identify only the best contractor's but we will also monitor their work during and after the contract period to ensure you only get the very best.
